Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a resilient Head of Growth who is passionate about continual improvement and has a strong understanding of the customers' attention and retention process. You are an analytical, creative, and data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while at the same time leveraging their keen eye for design to become the custodian of everything that makes our brand special.
Ideally, you have solid track record of successfully scaling consumer subscription businesses previously. You have hands-on experience and can execute while at the same time, building the foundation of our Growth unit.
Head of Growth Job Responsibilities
Owns and drives acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Leads GamerzClass channel allocation, media mix, and paid media implementation
Owns the continuous development and optimization of our funnel activities
Leads and develops a team of capable people to help drive growth
Drives customer segmentation and engagement efforts
Sets digital strategy and lead go to market efforts in new game expansions
Build up and continuously evolve reporting and KPIs
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 5 years as a leader in digital marketing / B2C / Growth position
Prior experience within a brand, ideally within a B2C subscription business
A commercial mindset with a constant focus on growth and expansion
Deep hands-on experience with paid media, tech, and tools
An obsession with data and data-driven decision making
A passion to join a startup that's in the early days of a very exciting journey
