We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Stockholm as Head of Finance! A great opportunity to join a fast growing and industry changing startup!

• As the Head of Finance at Woshapp you will work closely with our CEO but also with every department of Woshapp,

• You will be a key person in the growth of the company and will have a lot of responsibilities. You will be have a central role where your analysis and input will set our new standards.

💙We need your help with:

KPI and performance management

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organisation with regards too long term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with senior management to set KPIs and identify opportunities.

• Budgeting

Financial Forecasting, cash and cost management

• Manage the process for financial forecasting 

• Prepare, present, and oversee long-term planning and cost management as well as rolling forecasts, annual budgeting and mid-term evaluation of progress toward targets

Drive financing and funding

• Support the company during fundraising and due diligence processes relating to both equity investors and creditors

Maintain high quality in the ongoing finance function

• Responsible for executing the preparation and submission of clean, timely and accurate financial accounts and reports and also company and board minutes, with the help of external and internal resources.

• Manage and coordinate day to day operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and expenses as well as accounting and bookkeeping.

• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and periodic reporting of financial results

• Conduct profitability analyses, identifying opportunities to optimise profitability, and discussing and reporting with key stakeholders (Product and Operations)

• Define and develop key success metrics that will guide and measure growth objectives, and a working knowledge of setting and achieving OKR's.

• Invoicing and Salarys

🙌We need you to bring🫀:

• Masters / BA degree in finance or similar

• MS Office skills (Excel) ( google Sheets ) 

• English or Swedish speaking

• Preferably experience from a fast growing startup

• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

• Solid analytical and decision-making skills

• Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position
