Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. We are on a growth journey; therefore, we are looking for an experienced project manager to onboard new clients faster.
The main goal of the project manager is to streamline all teams’ works and coordinate between clients, POS providers, payment processing providers, and development teams. The person would report directly to the CEO of MyLoyal, Peter Bodskov.
Responsibilities
Manage overall client project timeline: from requirements to the actual launch
Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
Project management from issue definition and scoping to execution
Take the lead on conducting analysis and build strong recommendations to our senior leadership team
Qualifications
Proven track record from similar journeys and/or building of sustainable start-up organizations and workflows (5+ years)
Strong experience in successfully leading projects on time, on schedule, and within budget
Experience working with development teams and streamlining their processes
A project management certification - PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or similar - is a plus, but not a requirement
Intelligent strategic listener, curious to understand customers and contribute to the company’s growth
Experience or insight from fast-growing environments
Know how to work in an international technology environment
Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English and willing to some travelling
