We are looking for a part-time student Legal Assistant to start immediately, who would like to gain hands-on experience in contract law, company law, audits, and more. You will work with us at our office in Copenhagen. We are a scaleup that needs to grow and expand.

We are looking for someone willing to join our young, ambitious, and motivated team. It is a plus if you are passionate about sales enablement.

As our Legal Assistant, you will help management and sales with contracts, DPAs, negotiations, consultancy, our yearly audit, and other ad hoc tasks.

You will have a great responsibility and challenging tasks, and you will be working closely with the CEO and PWC for our yearly audit.

You will be able to get help from our external lawyer.

What are your tasks

We are looking for a person who would like to try to get real "hands-on" experience with the following areas:

  • Contract Law, including participating in the drafting and negotiation of a variety of contracts

  • Ensuring compliance with an ISAE3000 GDPR audit

  • Company Law, including assissting management with ad hoc questions

  • Advicing other parties in the business with various legal issues, including employment law, privacy law and general private law matters

  • Research

  • Ad hoc tasks


Who are you

  • We imagine that you are in the last year of your bachelor's or master's degree in law or business law.

  • You are an ambitious and open-minded team player who has a great interest in law. 

  • You possess excellent analytical skills and have strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English. 

  • You need to have an interest in contract law and privacy law, and an interest or understanding for contract law. 

  • Most importantly however, is that you have a desire to learn and thrive in having responsibility and working independently.
