We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in Finland and beyond. During the first six months of operations more than 450 corporate customers employing nearly 50,000 people joined our service. We shipped a new bike to more than 2 300 new cyclists. Now, we are building a team that can scale our operations 10x for the years to come.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST(S) 🎉
A customer service team lead supports customer service activities by resolving customer questions and problems, developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance and by directing and overseeing team members.
For us this is no small responsibility to take. Our passionate customer service team fights hard daily and are used to winning. Current NPS for our corporate customers is a whopping 73% and user satisfaction is over 80%. But we want to get better, faster and more responsive while scaling the business tenfold during the years to come.
We provide support for our customers through phone, email and chat. Our days are filled with questions regarding our service in general, orders processing, advice on product selection, after sales support, claims handling etc.
You can join us as a full-time or part-time and the responsibilities can be tailored to your circumstances. Students are welcome as well!
KEY SKILLS AND CRITERIA
Communication skills – this role relies heavily on both written and verbal communication when interacting with customers and being in touch with multiple stakeholders.
Energetic can-do attitude – Happy employees make happy customers and continuous improvement is at the heart of our operations. You will constantly develop the ways of working and take part in internal process development. Change is only constant when working with us.
Problem-solving skills – customer service specialist quickly and effectively resolves customer issues. We rely on great customer experience and when something goes awry there is no place to hide. You will be at the forefront of conflict resolution and problem solving on a daily basis.
Experience - Our customer service specialists may have a experience and background from diverse fields of life. As a sales minded person you will surely be able to convince us why your background matches the needs.
Language skills - Native in Finnish, full fluency in English. Swedish a plus and others we love to hear as well.
