We have a large and truly global user base with users from every country on the globe. The organizations we work with are Impact Startups, NGOs, UN organizations, and everything in between. Some of our clients are the WHO - World Health Organization, UNHCR - The UN Refugee Agency, Médecins Sans Frontières, SOS Children's Villages International, and many more. 

To fuel growth, we now have an exciting and new opening for a Stockholm-based Head of Sales to further build our sales function.

About the role 

As an experienced Sales Director, you will: 

• Drive vision, strategy, and results through personal and team sales activity

• Convert sales funnel into commercial success

• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the wider company and board

• Be responsible for driving more outstanding results from a small but growing sales function.

• Recruit, train, and manage a sales team.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support/snag roadmap activity

• Advice on packaging, pricing, and product showcasing

• Facilitate and drive performance management processes

• Help scale commercial activities

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience from previously scaling a SaaS-based business

• Previous Startup experience

• First-class communication and presentation skills, ability to liaise at the highest of levels, and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives

• Proven record of sales success (team, product, and revenue growth)

• High tempo/high-intensity approach to building and leading a sales funnel

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
