Roomkast is the next social media for the rental housing market. 

Roomkast is a platform designed for people who want to find a place to live or a roommate to share a home with, generally Tenants, and for people who wish to rent their apartment, Landlords. The platform redefines the rental housing market since it is designed to empathize with the users by providing customized solutions based on their needs. 

We are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to play a key role in an early-stage and purpose-driven community tech startup. Specifically, for someone who has a solid track record of leading and motivating high-performance sales teams, strategic inclinations, and passion to bring us to the next level.


Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the revenue-generation system of the company by consistently meeting sales targets.

  • Frame and implement our sales strategy, ensuring that all sales targets are met.

  • Track and maintain sales volumes.

  • Build valuable, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Regularly carry out sales audits. Create and report sales, revenue, and expenses.

  • Conduct regular sales forecasts.

  • Identifying and recruiting sales talent.


Who you are:

  • Effective negotiation skills.

  • Expertise in closing sales deals.

  • Ability to spot important sales opportunities.

  • Analytical Skills to be able to analyse important sales data and use it to make vital sales decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Danish).

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in the field of sales.

  • Ability to recruit the right talent for the sales team.
