Through our partnership with Sinch we are working with the industry’s best platforms to enhance customer engagement through messaging channels and conversational AI. The person we are looking for
At Soultech we look for great personalities. The bottom line is that you should be bright and have grit. The Sales /Marketing internship is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. If you're more interested in marketing you'll focus more on content, writing and social media to elevate our growth hacking.
Regardless, this entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Design strategies on how to fulfil the client’s needs and acquire new business
Develop relationships with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the region
Sales experience in a B2B environment
Social media, writing and content creation
A self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of English proficiency. Swedish and Spanish is a plus
