This new paradigm brings new challenges as well: it imposes trade barriers and legal complexity, and makes it difficult for companies to know what they need to do.

Our experience is that most companies want to be good data citizens but don’t have the resources or knowledge to implement what's needed. We also know that many companies struggle to comply with new data privacy rules around the world.

About us

We’re a venture-backed startup, at the beginning of our growth journey. Our CEO, Stine Tornmark, is a privacy lawyer with extensive experience in building successful SaaS companies. The rest of us also bring substantial SaaS experience and we’re passionate about product-led growth and building products that make a difference.

So what’s the job?

You’ll be part of our product team, and you’ll not only write code but also take part in the discovery of which features best solve our customers’ core challenges. You’ll then build our product in close cooperation with the other experts on our teams – we focus on creating cross-functional teams, not an engine room filled with developers.

We are building our platform with technologies that emphasise developer happiness, speed, and quality, and we’re serving 200+ million requests per month.

What we ask of you

The biggest thing we ask of you is that you be ready to grow with us while you deliver value to our customers – and that you are passionate about our mission.

Ideally, you will have experience with Ruby on Rails, but it’s not a hard requirement. Bonus points for experience with automated testing, data modelling, and database management – both SQL and NoSQL, so please mention anything relevant in your application. Attention to detail is noticed and valued.

Your educational background isn’t important – we care about drive, creativity, and personality. We have set out on a long journey, and we are all going to learn a lot while we grow.

Our primary working language is English as we’re a diverse international team, so it's important that you speak and write English fluently.

The role can be remote or based in our centrally located office in Copenhagen - it’s up to you, but if you’re remote, it should be within a two hour time difference from Copenhagen.
