In Onboarding, our mission is to “Set every customer up for success and lead them to value as quickly as possible.”
What does this role entail?
Owning the essential part of the customer journey; Onboarding by delivering a best-in-class experience for the customers.
With more than 4000 customers in the Danish market, this is not the typical 1:1 approach customer success role, and you will have to think outside the box to provide help and value with a 1:many-approach. This is crucial for the role in our SMB segment!
Getting every customer successfully onboarded to Pleo
Set every customer up for success and ensure that the adoption team gets a happy and healthy customer to follow up with and help reach desired outcomes
Making sure the “time to value” is as short as possible through good onboarding and breathtaking experiences for the customer.
Accelerating the adoption and positive business outcomes for all customers and Pleo.
Work together with sales in handing over customers between different phases.
Help Pleo to achieve operational excellence for our customers.
Collaborate across teams to improve the entire customer segment from lead to nurturing
Scale great onboarding through automation, optimisation, and the correct data.
