Arbejdsopgaverne

Vi har i dag over 100.000 brugere på vores digitale platform, hvor man kan oprette, underskrive og opbevare juridiske dokumenter. Mange af vores produkter og services er automatiserede, så kunden kan ordne det meste selv. Men nogle produkter kræver sagsbehandling og kunderne har til tider brug for at snakke med en kundemedarbejder - det er her, du kommer ind i billedet.

  • Registrere selskaber hos Erhvervsstyrelsen på Virk.dk

  • Tinglyse ægtepagter hos Tinglysningsretten på Tinglysning.dk

  • Hjælpe kunder med de spørgsmål, som måtte komme i forbindelse med håndtering af vores kunders sager

Det er en klar fordel, hvis du har kendskab til disse systemer, men ikke et krav. Vi oplærer dig, og du vil i det daglige arbejde tæt sammen med vores jurist og det øvrige kundeservice-team bestående af tre dygtige kollegaer.

Du bliver en del af et ungt, ambitiøst, nysgerrigt og hurtigt voksende hold på 22 personer. Her er ikke langt fra idé til handling, og alle bliver hørt. Ikke mindst som kundemedarbejder, da du har den daglige kundekontakt og derfor vil kunne give værdifuldt input til resten af teamet. Tonen på kontoret er uformel, og når vi ikke lige taler om jura og teknologi, er vi generelt ret begejstrede for burgere og fredagsøl. Vi er et meget socialt hold, hvor hold-middage, ture og udlandsophold bliver prioriteret - når der ikke lige er en pandemi, der står i vejen.


Om dig

Du skal have lyst til at være vores kunders ambassadør og sætte pris på at arbejde sammen med folk med vidt forskellige faglige baggrunde. I en scale-up sker der mange ting hele tiden, og derfor er det også vigtigt, at du er proaktiv og løsningsorienteret.

  • Du har erfaring med kundeservice

  • Du holder humøret højt - også når der er travlt

  • Du kan lide at have kontakt til kunder og sætter en ære i god service

Stillingen

Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer. Vi har (hvis vi selv skal sige det) et flot kontor med udsigt over byen på indre Vesterbro tæt på Hovedbanegården.

Legal Desk is bringing automation to the legal industry in order to democratize the drafting of legal documents. We combine our knowledge and experience with law with the potential of technology to offer our customers a valuable alternative to the traditional lawyer service. Our intelligent software asks the same questions that a lawyer would and automatically generates your legal document ready for signature. We offer legal documents for private use as well as business. We offer our products and services within family law (B2C) and business law (B2B), and are the market leader in Denmark. We have also launched our services in Norway and Sweden, where we are rapidly growing. With more than 200.000 registered users, the platform is undergoing continuous changes and improvements and we are always developing new legal services. Our team currently consists of 48 dedicated people (and one equally ambitious office dog), that all share the nerdy obsession of automating legal processes through our platform. We speak mainly Danish and English at work, but you might also hear Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian and Macedonian around the office. We know that diversity is a force, and that a great workplace is versatile. We love our social butterflies and wall flowers. Our HQ is in new, bright rooms in the best location in Copenhagen - Islands Brygge (5 min. from a metro station). We have a very informal tone at the office and a team-based approach to problem-solving, which is why we like to work on-site and sit together as much as possible. We make sure to keep you hydrated with free access hot and cold drinks, and to avoid hangry-related conflicts, we provide fruit and a good lunch, that can be adjusted to vegan/vegetarian dietary requests. We also prioritise social interactions, to maintain the great spirit we have in our team. On Fridays there are usually a few colleagues having beers/soft drinks together after work, which is completely optional - we respect that you have a life outside work - also on Fridays EOB. In addition we have smaller team dinners, and five-six times a year we have larger parties and events, where friends of the house are invited to join, and we serve special brewery beers from our brand new "Fadølsanlæg". Lastly we once each year go on a company trip. This year we are visiting a beautiful estate, where we will be doing workshops during the day and have fun and "hygge" in the evening with games, sodas and maybe some wine. If you are still not convinced this is the best place to work, here are the winning arguments: 1. Sigurd - allergy friendly office dog and the colleague with the absolute highest cuteness-factor 2.
