As our AI Trainer Lead, you will be an integral part of our AI/ML squad. You will be leading a team of Annotators (student workers and part-time people) that are, together with you, responsible for ensuring that our AI algorithms can accurately translate customer intents and requests into high-value outcomes. Your contribution is vital for our AI/ML squad to drive the development, architecture, and operations of the Go Autonomous™ Platform forward with the rest of the Go Autonomous family.

Our story

Go Autonomous™ is a Danish startup with big ambitions and already with a promising trajectory. We are on a mission to accelerate the transition to a more autonomous enterprise by making it possible to digitize and automate core sales processes.

We are located in the center of Copenhagen right next to Vesterport station in a great office space with access to the best lunch in town.

Skills we are looking for

• Passion, passion, and passion.

• You are good with people, and you like solving complex problems by breaking them down in a structured fashion.

• You have a natural urge to keep up-to-date on best practices and trends within your field of work.

• Most likely, you recently got your master’s degree, or maybe you had a job within IT/digital for a few years. 

Your responsibilities

• Shape and lead our future way to train our AI models to understand text, images, voice, and video. 

• Help design our internal data annotation toolbox and customer solutions. 

• Lead a team of student workers and part-time employees to ensure we meet our AI model performance goals.
