A key management role with strategic impact, to lead the expansion of dingdong business, fulfillment centers, customer base, and practices in the four Nordic countries. Job includes executing on the agreed business plan to reach agreed growth plans and customer satisfaction levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founders to define strategy and processes around expansion according to the business plan

• Project owner for new location launches; Coordinate the scouting and opening of new locations across the Nordics end-to-end

• Build and lead a team to greatness - hire top talents and help them perform, grow and develop as professionals

• Be on-site for the first week after launch to ensure that our culture is reflected

• Work closely with headquarters to learn about and implement best practices from our other markets

• Owner of go-live timelines

• Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure great customer experiences from Day 1

• Define Key Performance Indicators for launch, ramp up and continued growth

• Make sure all operations are data-driven and Key metrics are in place

• Identify and leverage local business partners and suppliers to enhance customer value of the DingDong services

• Help define and optimize the processes of a launch and our launch playbook

• Detect and connect open ends in all dingdong countries and build strategic solutions together with founders

• Partner with various department stakeholders to identify solutions that enhance and drive the overall business strategy

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and works with other functions to design and implement enhancements

• Budget planning and forecasting responsibility for cost and revenue side of local business

Requirements

• You have gained 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)

• You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps - launching a new dingdong location is almost like launching your own startup

• You are willing to make dingdong your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success

• You love traveling and you're flexible when it comes to your working location

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
