We are looking for a (Junior-) Operations & Implementation Manager to join our growing Stockholm Team. We are the mouthpiece of operations. Everything that impacts operations, will run through our department.

We are looking for bold and authentic problem solvers, who are willing to analyze, improve and implement critical processes in various areas (from warehouse operations to commercial topics). You are different from the masses, as you take bold decisions throughout your personal journey. Most importantly, you are communicative and hands-on.

Responsibilities

What you will be building with us:

• You will become part of an early-stage start-up in a super exciting operations business

• You will be building, analyzing critical processes and operational procedures, addressing issues with feasible solutions

• You have a strong focus on implementing new measures, to improve our processes and operations

• You will continuously question existing structures and processes, seeking solutions for them

• You will enjoy finding a quick and effective solution, to then build scalable solutions on top of that

• You will work closely with the founders and internal stakeholders across all departments to seek out pain points and tackle these problems as one team

• You will closely work with our operations crew within the Warehouse to tackle everyday problems

Requirements

What you add to the dingdong Team:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top tier university

• You have gained your first experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, private equity, high growth startups, VC, etc.)

• Having prior experience in process optimization & implementation, especially in a retail environment, is a strong plus

• You always question the status quo and love to hunt for process improvements

• You have a strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented way of thinking

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty

• You have a strong action bias and you enjoy spending time in the field

• You are proficient in English and ideally a Swedish native speaker

• You are structured, remain calm in even overwhelming situations, and always keep riding
