3AWater is a technology startup incorporated in 2019 and commercializing a real-time and easy-to-use solution for measuring metal contents of waters. The real-time data offered by the technology allows efficient environmental monitoring for industry such as mining. Our company has just completed a successful funding round and the product will be launched to the markets in late 2021. We are now looking for new employee to accelerate our market entry and growth.

We are hiring a solution sales manager with versatile commercial expertise to develop our company’s business. The assignment involves:

• Customer prospecting and acquisitions to start the sales of the company after the product launch.

• Marketing the product to target markets to support the sales efforts.

• Development of internal processes for customer acquisition and sales.

• Planning sales and customer acquisition strategy with other team members.

• Content and material creation for social media networks and webpages of the company.

The requirements for the employee are following:

• Active and social personality ready to reach out new customers by phone.

• Good English skills and ability to communicate with international customers and collaborators.

• Interest and ability to understand also technical systems and their benefits in customer’s processes.

• Independent and improving attitude in responsible tasks.

Ability to communicate with other languages such as Sweden, German and French are seen as benefits for the applicant and earlier B2B sales experience and work history in environmental or mining industry sectors is also an advantage. Selling completely novel solutions involves also often educating and changing the customer’s perspectives.
