You’re pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
Sincere interest in investing.
Stays calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Firm written- and verbal communication skills.

You care about people, and you enjoy helping with all types of customer issues. You will communicate with customers over the phone, email, and social media. You will contribute to creating the Astro.io customer care system. You're an outgoing personality as in-person networking will also be part of the job.
