We are looking for a Service Automation Manager to enhance our digital access control service and automate it where possible. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, has hands-on experience, and a can-do attitude. The right person will be a key part of a team with ambitious goals for growth and internationalization.

Responsibilities

As head of service automation you are responsible for all management, operations and security of our core systems. It is your primary job to ensure that our systems are available at all times and that the operations are automated and efficient.

You work closely with Customer Success and Development and report directly to our CEO.

• Implement and automate efficient processes and tools for operations, monitoring and management

• Define requirements to the development department to ensure optimal operations of new and existing software and hardware

• Manage databases and a data infrastructure to be used for reporting, analytics and intelligence

• Manage the service automation department, employees and budget

• Responsible for implementation, testing and release of all new software packages into production

Who are you?

As a person, you are result-oriented and demonstrate the ability to plan work effectively to meet agreed critical deadlines. Your background is in software development but you have an interest in platforms and operations.

• BsC in Software engineering or similar

• Solid competence in linux and real time operating systems

• Solid understanding of communication protocols in general and TCP/IP
