Norwegian E-Commerce Student Assistant for Moonboon!

Moonboon produces and sells high-quality baby products. We are proud to provide and sell Danish Designed, sustainable and organic products, and we have recently been featured on National Danish TV.

*This position is only for students who are based in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

We are now tapping into the Norwegian market and to get our journey started successfully, we are expanding our team with a Norwegian-speaking colleague that is excited about jumping on board a start-up rocket!

Your primary role will be to manage our Norwegian website and the growing customer base. This means that you will have the chance to operate in all parts of an e-commerce company and take your own responsibilities. Our team is small and dedicated and you will work closely with relevant team members from our marketing excellence departments when solving your tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and operating the Norwegian website

• Managing SoMe, marketing, and PR activities

• Managing reviews on various 3rd party platforms

• Collecting local product and process feedback

• Responding to customers' queries received via different platforms

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Norwegian and well-spoken in English

• Strong listening, communication, and writing skills

• Creative mindset, result oriented & driven

• Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics

• Digital affinity is a plus
