SQUARELY produces and sells high-quality wooden furniture and accessories for plants.
Those combine user-center tech with danish design to create tailored solutions for growing green.
SQUARELY modular collection of products is designed to bring nature to homes and offices, thus improving well-being. With our added self-watering technology, we reduced the time used for plant maintenance by 3 and improved plant growth.
SQUARELY is developing rapidly this year by entering 4 new markets, selling products to 12, and doing projects for Microsoft, Lakrids by Bulow, Danish Consulate in NY etc.
With the growing need for green design and a healthy environment, SQUARELY has a fantastic momentum to conquer new markets and needs an effective execution sales leader.
The role
We are currently looking for a new International Sales Director who will bring and expand SQUARELY at new European Markets, primarily working within the B2B sector at DACH Markets. This role gives a unique opportunity to contribute to growing the brand internationally. If you can scale up SQUARELY, you will be offered to become one of the partners.
This year, we already entered the German market with overwhelming success; now, we want to expand brand presence there further.
Requirements
An experience and proven track record in selling lifestyle products
Strong negotiating and communication skills and can move vendors through the sales funnel
Skilled in sale of physical, design products
Experience working in young, growing companies
Ability to create your own strategy and structures
Beneficial if you have experience in the contract market
Professional level of German
Knowledge of the German market
Personal characteristics
Interest in design, sustainability
Strong executor, ambitious and goal-oriented
Easy in establishing new contacts, outgoing and love's to approach new leads via the phone
Motivated by building and growing the brand
Responsibilities
Contacting re-sellers and other possible clients, phone calls + meetings,
Creating sale strategy for selected markets with sales goals and KPI's supporting company branding and long-term growth on the chosen markets
Costs & Turnover Budgets
Making data-driven decisions, analyze previous sales data, market potential, and identify partners and sales leads
Establishing customer relationships
Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships and building relationships with the identified partners - ensuring to tailor the approach accordingly.
Setting up meetings retail chains, design houses, architects
Establishing agreements with vendors and partners ( for projects or commission sale)
Negotiating terms
Collecting feedbacks and insights,
Representing the brand at Events & Fairs
