Test Manager, Oslo

We are looking for a Test Manager to enhance our digital access control service and automate it where possible. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, has hands-on experience, and a can-do attitude. The right person will be a key part of a team with ambitious goals for growth and internationalization.

Responsibilities

As the test manager, you are responsible for planning the testing of all new system updates and new functionality. You implement and oversee that all aspects of new functionality are thoroughly tested, all bugs are identified and resolved before new functionality is released.

• You work closely with Customer Success and Development and report directly to our CTO.

• Responsible for the product working optimally for release to market (RTM).

• Participate in the product development and testing to ensure function, quality, and performance.

• Develop test management process, documentation, and test procedure

• Ensure test cases are complete and resolve bugs that arise within our customer test environments

• Conduct product and service tests. This applies to both functional testing of software, as well as project manager responsibility for the implementation of hardware tests.

• It is an advantage to have a technical background, but a good technical system understanding is a must.

• Positive, independent, and self-driven, with well-developed interpersonal skills

No experience necessary as a test leader. On-the-job training will be provided.

University Degree in a business or technical subject or any comparable education

1-2 years of experience working as a software tester and/or test manager
