Who we are looking for

Klimato is looking for a proactive UX/UI designer looking to make a positive impact in the world. You’re someone who is passionate about designing high quality products which can help the most carbon consuming carnivore convert into a curious climate champ.

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with our product designer to figure out and design new features. You will also help conducting user research in order to improve current product features. You will take ownership of design projects from ideation through implementation all the way to testing and iteration.

Skills To Create Thrills

• You are a creative person with a keen eye for details

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tool

• You have good knowledge about UCD methodologies

• Used to work on projects from a very early stage, from written brief to final production

• Great prototyping and wireframing skills

• Ability to communicate design vision to cross- functional teams

Bonus

• Knowledge of technical constraints, optimisation and implementation

• Knowledge of the workings of B2B SaaS solutions

Who will you be working with?

You will be joining our product team, consisting of our tech lead, three developers and one product designer. In total we are a team of 12 people at Klimato with mixed backgrounds from Environmental Engineering, Design, Innovation Management, Digital Marketing & International Development. The one thing we do have in common is a pragmatic approach to fighting climate change!

About Klimato 

Using carbon footprint data, we are building products to help companies track and mitigate their carbon footprint. Our current product is a web application which enables companies in the food industry to calculate and label the carbon footprint of their food, set reduction goals and follow their progress through monthly climate reports. 

The internship

The internship is 3-6 months long starting in August or September. The internship will take place at our office at Södermalm in Stockholm.
