In collaboration with Danske Bank, we are on a mission to empower startups and founders, help them grow, and eliminate friction on their way. Backed by Danske Bank, we've built and scaled the Hub to be the go-to platform for startups in the Nordics. In short, we help startups grow.

We are now looking for a talented, part-time Customer Service Lead to join our team in Copenhagen. You'll be part of our small dedicated Customer Success team (4 current team members) and report directly to our COO, Andreas. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in helping grow the Hub across the Nordics as well as building key relationships with the startups. As a match for the role, you should be eager to work hands-on with customer service, mainly taking care of inbound inquiries and the daily operations of the platform. This is a junior position: We imagine that you are on your Bachelor's or recently started your Master's.

The position is part-time with about 10-20 hours a week and fits very well as a student job.

What will you be doing? 🪂

• Assist with customer relations and build relationships with key startup accounts

• Own user feedback - create the process and lead the feedback loop from user to customer success, marketing, and product

• Lead platform quality assurance including screening startups and coordinating inbound clients, users, and relationship requests

• Lead our customer service efforts in our email ticketing system in close collaboration with the Customer Success-team

• Optimize current operations and contribute to the upkeep and management of our CRM system

• Report and analyze our KPIs and growth metrics

• Maintain and curate the platform to the highest standard (fixing logos, reporting bugs, feedbacking on content to be improved)

• Task and time management of freelancers

• Fluency in English (both written and oral)

Bonus points for:

• Good knowledge of the Nordic startup ecosystem

• Previous experience with project management tools, Google Analytics, or CRM systems

• An interest in entrepreneurship and innovation

• A great sense of humor
