However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle complex subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

Younium is growing fast and Sales and Marketing is the key driver of our growth. We come from startup-land, are now in scale-up mode and we need you to analyze and enter new markets.
You will join our successful Sales team and work closely together with our Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and of course with our Marketing team. We have a very strong product-market fit and need to increase our Sales and Marketing efforts even more as we grow on several mature markets, but also on new markets.
You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, target specific geographies, and be a crucial part of Younium’s growth. Initially, you will be active in the whole sales funnel from prospecting to discovery meetings but then move your focus more to business design, final negotiations, and closing process. You will be part of the Stockholm Sales Hub and work together with Marketing, Product and of course the Amsterdam Sales Hub. Although we are working broadly, your primary focus will probably be the European market (UK, Germany, France, etc).
Most likely, you have experience selling B2B SaaS or other Tech solutions. You also have documented experience with semi-long sales cycles and solutions selling, with stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, or other C-levels. You like competition but above all, you love teamwork and a good laugh.
You can be based out of the Stockholm Sales Hub and office, but could of course work remotely most of the time.
You need to have very good communications skills and have near-perfect fluency in English, written and spoken. Swedish is not required.
