We are currently looking for an extremely talented VP of Product to take part in enabling our vision of becoming the most accessible Customer Data Platform for the E-commerce world.

We are on a mission to minimize the competitive gap in the E-commerce industry by giving the CDP tool required for SMBs to compete against larger businesses for customer attention, acquisition and loyalty.

As a VP of Product, you will play an instrumental role in the product development, growth, working directly with the companies Senior Leadership Team. The VP of Product will be someone who has previously achieved to enabling and drive product led growth in the Software/Martech space.

We need an individual with strong strategic leadership abilities – a visionary not afraid of challenging status quo and comes with experience in driving, development tech departments in global organizations. An enthusiastic advocate of customer centricity, and someone willing to roll up their sleeves to create a difference through technological accessibility for all in the market!

Core Responsibilities

• Strong sense of vision and ability to mobilize product and engineering teams to achieve product market position among targeted TAM.

• Leading the product development scope from a technical and strategic perspective. Driving the cross-collaboration of customer success, engineering and management.

• A demonstrated ability to inspire, align, and enable a large geographically dispersed team across all product and data science functions.

• Establish portfolio strategy, goals and develop technological roadmap. Govern product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and launch efforts.

• Write roadmap and strategy documentation and ensure clear communication and coordination of product needs for the business and product development teams

• Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences

• Participate in building a culture of trust and autonomy, driving cross functional teams towards shared goals/OKRs

Who are you

• Strong technical experience with either Data Analytics or Engineering background.

• Experience in juggling business logics and technical judgment.

• Ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

• Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.

• Ability to lead, develop, mentor and influence the team and others positively.

• Successful history of shipping innovative products on time

• Excellent communication skills
