Are you looking to use your SoMe and Marketing skills to make an impact on the world? NaviBlind ApS is seeking a creative and kind hearted Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our start-up team. NaviBlind is a start-up building, a navigation aid that helps blind and visually impaired people walk to any destination.
As a SoMe intern, you will be part of building and executing the social media and marketing plan. You will be working with the company’s CEO to strengthen our online presence and grow followers, mainly on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
You will also be part of the exciting launch of the first version of our product, which may potentially include coverage in television / mainstream press media!
Create content, develop and manage social media content calendars
Report on social media development, growth, and stats as well as developing and implementing new strategies for increased growth
Other projects, such as event management, product presentation videos, and interview guides
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, creative, and would potentially like to continue working at NaviBlind after completing the internship. Any kind of previous results achieved in SoMe will be considered as a positive, including SoMe posts, blog posts, videos, or any other relevant content. However, we are generally more interested in what person you are, your motivation, and how you think creatively.
Passionate about social media and marketing, as illustrated by education, hobby projects, or similar
Experience with SoMe content creation
Fluent in oral and written Danish and English
Experience with illustration / photo editing software (this could be any kind of software you prefer to use, e.g. photoshop, illustrator, powerpoint, apps etc.)

Today, blind and visually impaired people can only walk to 3-5 places on their own. Learning how to go to new places requires many hours of one-to-one training. NaviBlind has set out to change this. Using the latest technologies, we have found that it is possible to help blind people navigate to as many places as they like, even in busy urban environments. With you onboard, we will be able to create more awareness of NaviBlind and improve the lives of thousands of people with low vision or blindness.
