Mission
Our mission is to empower people to accomplish more when using our remote access solution, and you will have a significant impact on making this possible. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help us build up our sales organization across Europe. This role will hybridize both inbound and outbound work, with a heavier lift on the outbound side. You will also have the opportunity to build and own your own portfolio of accounts, and partner (ITSP) relationships.

Outcome for the first 12 months
Help qualify new sales leads through a mixture of emailing and calling, following up on sales-led campaigns, as well as self-generated campaigns
Educate and Co-Sell with partners, while also identifying new potential partners
Help launch outbound campaigns, including phone & email follow-up
Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections
Educate leads on how our solution can solve their problems and help reduce Co2
Work in close collaboration with our management team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Your competencies
1+ years of B2B sales experience
Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Proactive mentality - you are not afraid of outbound sales
Organized, structured, and able to collaborate with channel partners
Goal-oriented, with a desire for overachievement
Passionate about teamwork with a drive for getting things done
You are tech-savvy, and you are excited by technology and its influence on your daily life
Bonus points
Experience with IT and network environments
Understanding the value of a strong partner channel
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn
