You will work with professionals in different industries –primarily the retail and hospitality segments in Germany – who are ready to optimise their operations, with your guidance. 

We are on an exciting and adventurous journey with growth in our international Customer Experience team, currently consisting of 10 people. Our team has a strong sense of urgency, a focus on knowledge sharing, and a passion for problem-solving and helping our customers. We want our customers to succeed!

In this role, you will learn to be an important asset in our support to our German customers and drive trustworthy customer support through patience and high professionalism.  

Our Customer Support team embodies all of tamigo’s values and strives to deliver an exceptional experience using tamigo’s solution while ensuring the process is personable. We react and adjust quickly to changing conditions. Working with our customers requires us to be confident, organized and quality-focused. 


Some of your tasks will be to:

  • Help our customers solve their challenges by providing detailed product support through various channels in German

  • Actively assist our customers to become better tamigo users 

  • Become an internal product expert as you progress your career with us

  • Participate in internal optimisation initiatives 

  • Aid us in translating and supporting our self-service content and new product functionality in German 

  • Cross collaborate with implementation and sales where relevant (e.g. customer training, product demo or pre-sales activities)


This is what it requires:

  • You speak and write on a native level in German and English on a professional level 

  • An interest in CX 

  • Empathic communication and listening skills

  • An interest in working with technical products

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university, preferably at the end of your Bachelor’s degree or the beginning of your Master’s degree

  • Able to work 15 hours a week, divided into two days preferably
