Video and webinars are exploding and maturing rapidly. TwentyThree is a pioneer in the video marketing software and webinar space with a large portfolio of customers, from the hottest startups to some of the largest enterprises in the world.

TwentyThree is looking for two Product Specialist Student Assistants to make sure our customers get the most out of our products by offering our expertise to help them reach their audiences, achieve their business goals and win with video.

The Specialist team is the first touchpoint for our customers. As our student assistant, you’d become one of the familiar faces behind our products. That includes daily tasks like:

  • Support our customers with technical questions via chat, e-mail and phone

  • Acting as an internal product specialist for all TwentyThree teams.

  • Leading customer trainings and onboarding

  • Create video and written content for customers

Furthermore, you will take responsibility for projects on the side. These projects will normally have the goal of enhancing our Specialist processes or customer experience and can often be done across teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a student programme.

  • You are outgoing and serviceminded and you like helping our customers

  • You have a passion for startups and/or marketing tech in an international environment.

  • You are a self-starter and team player.

  • You have technical finesse. Experience with HTML, CSS and/or Javascript is a plus.

  • You have great problem solving skills and an ability to understand and explain technical issues

  • You have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. We are also looking for minimum one Danish-speaker.

We are looking for two students to fill these roles. Minimum one Danish-speaker. We see that one of the two roles will be more commercial and who can join us full time in a role in our Commercial team after graduating.
