Our Algorithm/Framework
We have a unique framework called N.A.H.D.A. which is acronym for Neuro-Adaptive Human Design Approach. Our unique framework combines empirical data and neuroscience with behavioural psychology allowing us to build brand stories and strategies, identity programs and narratives that are irresistibly stimulating and compelling to the sensory cues.
Role & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has been a part of some startups or any venture where he/she was the part of many key areas. At least 3+ years experience of working in a B2B business development. This is an unpaid engagement initially but compensated with competitive equity like a co-founder.
You will be responsible for boosting sales thus scaling revenues. This will include managing existing relationships but also sourcing new clients. He/She will also be responsible for managing and growing the company sales and relationship teams.

3+ years of experience with lead generation, scheduling meetings and closing deals
Ability to easily pick up on the existing company vision

Ability to negotiate, participate meetings, keynote and presentations
Ability to speak danish and english fluently
Ability to build a sales strategy

Our needs
We need someone who is ready to take charge of sales and marketing. Cold calling, Lead building, Network utilizing, Setup processes, Build and lead the sales and marketing team, Event attending and networking.
You will also be responsible for setting up the sales and marketing department from the ground up and you will be leading it as it grows. Ultimate you will be responsible for the revenue generated.
Our offering
Equity; As a co-founder/partner you will not be paid a salary until the business reaches a certain stage. I expect that stage to be between Q3-Q4 this year to Q1-Q2 2022, depending on how well we do in terms of 'sales' and our ability to raise funding.
Experience is not a prerequisite yet we encourage both new graduates and seasoned startup people to send an application. Just a side note - what you bring to the table will be reflected in the package we can offer you.
