The job:
In your new role you’ll:
Understand and cultivate our customers' individual targets when utilizing Enterprise Search
Plan and execute initiatives to support our customers in reaching a high ROI
Work in CRM and use automation where it benefits our customers
Deliver inspiration, guidance, and support to different stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers (in a broad spectrum of cultures) in the organizations we serve
Engage through value creation
Make and execute on upselling and upgrade opportunity plans
Report success stories and feedback to the marketing team and continuously align with your colleagues in the overall commercial team
Your colleagues in the customer success team are focusing on onboarding our customers. After the successful onboarding, you’ll continue the dialogue in order to support and develop customer relations.
You'll assist our customers in realizing their expected ROI, and focus on how to cultivate the relationship and engagements further.
Developing and attaining strong professional relationships with our customers, that represent many different International organizations, while promoting the benefits of raffles’ Next-Gen Enterprise Search, is what it’s really about in your new role.
You:
You’re a fast learner, extremely service-driven, and motivated by understanding different organizations, stakeholders, and expectations.
You’re known for getting the job done and having the sufficient overview in order to prioritize ambitiously. Initiating and hosting web sessions in a professional, yet personal manner is natural to you.
As a person, you’re outgoing, smiling, and dynamic.
You’re business-minded and know how to ask the right questions in order to understand, even when it gets complicated.
You find new opportunities with customers very easily and you are not afraid to ask necessary questions that lead to upsell and upgrades.
Your professional approach dominates the way you operate. You speak a high level of English and speak/understand at least one of the Nordic languages. You’re used to plan, coordinate, engage and execute a busy calendar.
