What do we do?

We sell a Candidate Experience tool that allows our customers to collect feedback from their applicants & hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.

Inside the talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about job seeker's candidate experience.

It is mainly Recruitment & Employer Branding departments that use our product. Recruitment professionals use the feedback to create an extraordinary Candidate Experience, and Employer Branding use the insights to protect their brand 💚

What is your role at team talenthub.io?

You will be the one making sure that our sales process runs like a clockwork 🦾

• Identify and find contact information on relevant leads and audiences for our sales team

• Pitch, perfect, and kickstart customer dialogues (e-mails, phone, and LinkedIn)

• Make sure our CRM system is updated and accurate (HubSpot)

• Qualify leads and set our sales team up for success.

• Works closely with your team to perfect the pitch and process

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or another language.

• Humility. You ask "How can I create and build more value here?" rather than "What's in it for me?"

• Winning attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both

We have big ambitions here at Talenthub.io and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!
