We are looking for a CTO that can help the founding team scale-up Holodia and leverage the channel access, ensuring that we deliver a flawless, stable, and exciting product through an omni-channel retail strategy.

You are a technology growth hacker with stage-relevant experience from venture capital driven consumer-facing tech products. Ideally you have XR/Unity/gaming and or FitTech experience.

You can quickly adopt our vision and take a key role in translating vision into reality.

You are a technologist at heart, with sufficient business acumen and commercial insight to help accelerate growth hacking operations and build the HOLOFIT Platform.

You love tech, you love gaming, and you love fitness. You are an effective manager/leader with a collaborative mindset and clearly a team player.

You most likely have experience in:

• XR technology driven, fast growing Start-up and/or Scale-up

• XR technology and/or AI consumer-facing product experience

• Technology development for subscription-based, gamified product offerings

You bring experience from a relevant industry:

• Fitness software, Health & Wellness, SportTech, Gaming, and/or AI industry and product development experience 

  
  

You have worked on/with:

• Experience in gamification

• Unity (preferred)/Unreal

• End-to-end consumer-facing product experience

• SaaS product offerings, and/or digital fitness products

• Platform business model (experience in to developing technology products to leverage network effects an advantage)

1.       Required technical qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science

• 10+ years of work experience, 5 y relevant software engineering 

• Strong experience with Scrum in Agile Development (SaFe a plus) and the ability to apply both Agile methodology and the Scrum framework as necessary

• XR software Engineering experience a plus

• Machine Learning engineering experience a plus

• XR Content production knowledge a plus

• Ability to contribute to business strategy direction and to translate strategy into technology product development.

• Ability to align software engineering to “growth hacking” modelled operations

• Ideally based in Copenhagen area

• Fluent in English
