We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our ambitious team.
Our product is built based on our frustration to understand the optimal way to optimize enterprise business operations to be most efficient and how to improve the operational flow. Currently, the work in every enterprise is full of inefficiencies in systems, tools, processes, and working practices that make operations ineffective and work boring.
Workfellow is the fastest and easiest way to discover what could be digitized, automated, and optimized. We've been developing the product with our early customers for 14 months, and now we're ready to speed things up.
The CCO would be leading our go-to-market initiatives and building our top-performing sales & customer function from scratch. We are a VC-backed startup that closed Series A recently from industry-focused VC and globally recognized advisors. It comes with the role of creating, changing, and adjusting things on the fly to win our market category. You would be in the executive team reporting directly to the CEO. Finland or remote is okay for us as our CTO, e.g., is in France.

You have previous experience from leading enterprise-focused software/SaaS sales in a fast-growing startup; building commercial models, sales operations, and teams from the scratch.
You have excellent global business acumen: you know how to build modern top-performing business development organizations
You are ready to start working from hands-on from the day 1
Preferably you have led the sales during the several funding stages in a startup
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You have an understanding of how to build and implement winning go-to-market strategies for consumerized enterprise software.
It would be a plus if you have expertise from products such as process intelligence, integration platforms, low-code, enterprise/workflow automation, process mining/discovery, RPA, etc.
