We have built Woomio to help great brands and agencies become great at Influencer Marketing. Our platform provides end-to-end influencer relationship management, workflow automation and custom measurement for influencer marketing programs at scale. We believe that influencers & content creators are the present and the future of brand awareness. To help facilitate that we have built a platform to enable marketers and agencies excel at Influencer marketing by providing the tools necessary to discover influencers, manage campaigns, predict impact and measure ROI (return on investment).

We are looking for

A passionated, proactive and ambitious student. Furthermore, someone who is structured. You will play a vital role in ramping up Woomio's headcount. We already have many initiatives going on and at the same time, you will also have the chance to start up new initiatives related to employer branding and onboarding. You will work 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Help build a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Participate in projects related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes to support attracting best-in-class talent

• Be the first point of contact to candidates

• Develop and document innovative ways to source and identify talent

• Other duties as assigned

  
  

Experience and skills

• Perfect command of the english and danish language, both written and orally

• Preferably, you have some recruitment experience

• Familiar with LinkedIn

• Driven, motivated and proactive individual

• Can do attitude and a problem solver

• Eager to learn
