We are looking for a full time Medical Specialist to become part of our growing medical team. Our passion and drive in Hedia is to improve the quality of life for people with insulin-dependent diabetes. In order to do this we need to ensure safety and effectiveness of our products which is why we need you!
Your main tasks will be to take part in planning for, obtaining, analysing, appraising and communicating clinical data across various projects in Hedia, working in a multidisciplinary environment. This includes continuous developing and improving processes related to medical quality assurance and risk management. You will take part in development projects as well as tasks related to the product life cycle. Some examples are:
Medical writing intended for regulatory authorities and in relation to clinical studies e.g. protocols and clinical investigation reports
Establishing and maintaining processes and workflows for medical quality assurance
Performing risk management
Take part in product development activities and projects ensuring clinical safety and efficacy of our products
Researching on the latest medical programs, research and user feedback ensuring Hedia is aligned with state of the art clinical development and user needs in a lifecycle perspective
You have great interpersonal skills and feel comfortable taking an active role in representing medical affairs in a cross functional team. You are process oriented with an eye for detail. You are motivated by purpose, and working in a fast moving and regulated environment doesn’t scare you. We are open to your professional background but expect you to:
Have a good clinical understanding, preferably in the diabetes field
Degree at masters level e.g. a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a relevant master’s degree or a medical doctor
Knowledge and/or experience in medical quality assurance, medical research/writing, and medical device risk management – preferably related to Software as a Medical Device
Strong written and verbal skills in English
