We are looking for a COO to act as the administrative manager of our small company.

Your goal will be to assist us during the current growing season, which currently involves some growth pains, brand reputation challenges and scaling our business to ca 22 million kr in revenue by September/October. The job will be mostly focused on hiring, people and processes around our delivery process so you need to have demonstrable insights into that. A general understanding of corporate-related law, taxes, accounting, etc is a must since you will be responsible for it.

As pat of the job, you are also expected to lead the last stages of our initial retail goals with 6-10 selling points during the summer and implement a broad network of pickup points.

You will be one of three reporting directly to our founder (being the other 2 areas farming and tech). We are extremely busy farming a lot more food than last year and launching new cool tech so we expect you to lead everything else (with the needed support from our side).
