WHY? Well, we are drowning in emails, newsletters, articles, presentations and general text-based communication. This often leads to employees feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, skimming emails and losing touch with the rest of the organisation and purpose. We propose a new way of getting up to speed with the beat of your tribe! On your commute, or at the gym, you can listen to the audio series created by your colleagues, stay in the loop and find inspiring content to get you into the productive mindset at work.

We make creating a podcast as simple as making slides! Forget about the hassle of equipment, complex audio software and other planning tools. All of this is done is a simple solution that brings together both the creation and distribution of your content.

💻 Key responsibilities

Join the future of podcasting where two days are hardly ever the same! Dive.fm is to become an innovative force in the podcasting industry and we want to keep the momentum going - That is why we need you! 

You will join our software development department with the job title Intern mobile engineer. Ideally, you are currently studying Computer Science and are eager to work with mobile technologies, more specifically Flutter. Furthermore, you may have experience coding, but the most important thing is eagerness and ability to learn. We are open to students studying computer science at the Bachelor or Master’s level. You know how you perform best. Work from your couch, your favorite cafe or abroad when you feel like it - we support and encourage remote work as well as a flexible work schedule.

You will be responsible for development while understanding the current and envisioning the future landscape. 

👉 What we are looking for:

• Has experience building a complete app using Flutter (we appreciate any Github repo)

• Has advanced Debugging/Testing/Optimization skills in any programming language

• Knows or is eager to learn mobile development continuous integration with AWS

• Knows or is eager to learn the mobile development life cycle

• Knows or is eager to learn the development process for cross platform applications

• Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

• Is inquisitive by nature, enthusiastic about technology, creative and tenacious in the approach of problem solving - what we really appreciate.
