We need to add more talented people to play a part in our mission and we are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. The position is temporary and is expected to last until the end of the year.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are currently 24 employees in the Copenhagen office, and we are looking for a service minded, structured, and outgoing Office Assistant, who will help make our days in the office even smoother. As a dynamic, driven, Office Assistant you emit a great deal of positive energy that transmits in everything you do; from greeting and interacting with our employees and guests to taking on new projects. You love to keep the office organized and tidy, and feel comfortable engaging with employees and guests. You are also good at working without supervision and can prioritize your tasks in a proactive and accurate manner. 

Your tasks include:

• Greeting guests and preparing coffee

• Ensure we are stocked up on office supplies, snacks, milk, etc.

• Setting-up and cleaning-up the lunch

• Empty, fill and run the dishwasher

• Water plants

• Help with events (Friday bar, Summer party and other company events)

• Checking post, sending letters, receiving post

• Accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking

• Posting job listings on our and external websites

• Assist in onboarding new employees

• Answering job applications and arranging interviews

• Assisting and supporting management

• Various ad hoc tasks

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have a good eye for detail keeping the office tidy and welcoming

• You have a positive, smiling attitude

• You are service-minded and proactive

• You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

• You fluent in English and Danish

• You are a team player- a person we can count on

• You have basic Microsoft Office skills
