We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our growth. SDR role is one of the key components in the company's growth. While you will be helping us to bring new customers onboard, you will be in control of unlocking your next career step, the Account Executive role by providing excellent results.


As our SDR, you will be 

  • running outbound Sales campaigns

  • orchestrating the Account-Based Selling playbook together with Sales and Marketing

  • generating qualified meetings for Account Executives 

  • researching the target Accounts and personas

  • making communication plans to land on the target accounts and executing the plan


To succeed as our SDR, we expect you

  • have the ambition to succeed in a goal-oriented environment

  • have the aim to become a real Sales professional and move to the closing role 

  • are creative person to experiment with different Sales tactics and messages

  • are a curious person who is eager to learn new things constantly 

  • are comfortable with executing outbound sales approaches

  • have good organization and analytical skills

  • have a strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude

  • have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish

  • have experience working with data, reporting and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus

  • have the ability to work in a fast-paced self-directed environment

  • are a team player

  • Currently, the whole team is working remotely due to COVID-19, whereas we also have team members working permanently remotely from different European countries. We will have a new office in Helsinki once the situation improves, available for team members working in Helsinki.


The position can be located in Helsinki or remotely anywhere in Finland.
