Heyo!

We at Sterly are an odd bunch of Tech, Finance and Digital Marketers who got together and set out on building a company, however, we grew faster than we could predict, this whole covid thing sure mega boosted our Financial consultation services which lead to us having a crazy year with tons of fun (and terrifying) challenges to overcome!

Our biggest topic for this year is to establish a kick-ass sales engine that's capable of supporting our growth for the coming years without mucking up our lovely team culture.

About us

We as a company are quite wide, we're able to offer a wide array of services and products and we're constantly adapting to new things and figuring out new ways for us to grow our business, to put it simply, here are some of the things you might be selling.

Well other than developing the above-mentioned program (Which we call Pepi, some high-level info can be found at PepiPay.io or over at https://www.canva.com/design/DAEwicpO-Wo/dS-ueVLshMx4Dnx0t78pXg/view )

We also do the following:

• IT development - We build mobile apps and web platforms, for example we built a video consultation app for veterinarians. (Just to clarify, we're not looking for developers)

• Marketing - We’re big fans of doing all types of innovative marketing projects, we for example once bought 7000 euros worth of Jam and shipped it to 300 companies on behalf of a customer, and we also helped, for example, Yepzon reach 1.3 million euro in investment through managing a digital marketing campaign tied into their latest share issue. 

• Financial consultation - We’ve helped approximately 400 companies apply for different types of funding, most of which were Finnish State funding. And we continue to do so whenever the opportunity strikes.

  
  

About you

It's hard to say what we need at Sterly, we already have a few salespeople and we're doing great growth in understanding how to better reach our customers, instead of writing a list of requirements we wrote a few personas of the type of person we believe we're looking for, don't mind if you don't fit completely within one of these.

• The business fellow who loves to see big deals being orchestrated, with phone in one hand and longer in the other. 

• The social seller with a great and active LinkedIn network allowing you to reach new potential customers.

• The IT enthusiast who loves mapping out how a technical solution together with a customer, and then let someone else do the dirty work in making sure it comes true.

We believe attitude beats anything, however, having experience within the services we described above would make it a lot easier for you to succeed with us.

We are looking for people who speak native Finnish for sales in Finland, however, we are open to external remote sales reps, we'll have another post for that job up soon :)
