RESPONSIBILITIES: 

You will be responsible for the Brand Activation management of the DACH Region. This implies strategizing, developing and supporting the local execution of an ambitious brand activation and go to market plan for all DACH markets together with the Country Manager and in alignment with Group Brand Activation. Your daily activities will be focused around overall project management including monthly planning & execution within various disciplines such as creative briefings, media partnerships, PR relations, influencer activations, market research and planning of local brand activation activities and management of events. Additionally, you will be responsible for: 

  • Developing the DACH brand activation plan

  • Coordinating local brand activation campaigns with global marketing plan

  • Developing and maintaining local PR collaborations, research and selection of topics in cooperation with our PR agency

  • Developing and maintaining local Influencer collaborations

  • Developing and maintaining local Strategic Partnerships collaborations

  • Reaching local brand activation KPIs (mentions, publicity, engagement)

  • Ensuring local documentation of all experiments, tests and experiments

  • Ensuring that the DACH markets are executing timely on the planned brand activation activities.

  • Improving our brand activation documentation across all teams (Growth, Content, Creative) 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2 + years of Brand Activation experience

  • Fluent in German 

  • Degree in Media, Business, Marketing, Communication or related  

  • Proven track record of influencer marketing and familiarity with all the creative and analytical aspects of this marketing tool (preferably on the company side)

  • PR agency or press office experience preferred 

  • Knowledge and experience working within the DACH market preferred 

  • Experience in project management - from idea to implementation (Excellence in Execution) as well as in working in cross-functional teams
