Responsibilities
Work closely with the development team to provide early feedback and test new features
Define and implement testing strategies
Work with Product, Design and Tech Management to identify and validate requirements, risks and produce test plans
Execute on test plans to improve the stability, confidence and velocity of the development process
Help expand our testing tool-kits and capabilities
Shape feature documentation and ensure company-spread know-how
Consolidate customer feedback and stay on the pulse of our user-base
About you
A fundamental curiosity in how applications are built, maintained and used
Detail-oriented, used to creating systematic approaches and processes
Good understanding of user flows and use-cases
Technically adept, experience working with databases
Great written and verbal skills
Good understanding of regression, unit, feature, stress testing etc.
