Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and take lead in the strategy and development of data science and analytics

• Hands on ML and python development

• Manage/Supervision of multiple data science projects simultaneously

• Monitor data models and algorithms

• Create, design and lead the data science/analytics department of the future at Custimy.io

• Support the intersection and cross-disciplined communication and interaction between the DS, product, back-end and management team

• Enable and use Customer Feedback as an extremely important product improvement loop! 

Skills:

• Experienced with either building or leading Data science/Analytics team within a scaling organisation

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)

• Strong knowledge from Data science, analytics – it is considered a plus if working with large customer data sets.

• Experience with Python, ML, SQL, Considered a strong plus with experience in Deep learning and Tensorflow.

• Experience with AWS is a big plus.

• Expected experience in fundamentals of probability and advanced statistics.

• Functions well with a blend of holistic strategic oversight and a “hands-on” perspective.
