Using carbon footprint data, we are building products to help companies track and mitigate their carbon footprint. Our current product is a B2B software which enables companies in the food industry to calculate and label the carbon footprint of their food, set reduction goals and follow their progress through monthly climate reports.

About The Job

We are a fast-paced startup looking for a proactive and self-going CMO to join our journey. As CMO we want you to support the sales team in generating leads through online marketing activities. It will be your job to set up campaigns, analyze which channels and activities that perform best and coordinate offline and online marketing activities with the rest of the team. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, COO and CSO on strategic-and budget related issues. Additionally you will work closely with our social media marketing specialist as well as our 4-person-sales-team to create optimal solutions and processes for our growth and customers. You will also be involved in decisions regarding recruitment and potential collaboration with marketing agencies.  

Required qualifications and experience

• Interest in sustainability and solutions for climate change

• Experience from hands on digital marketing activities, including copyright and campaign management 

• Good SEO knowledge

• Experience from B2B marketing

• Perfect written and spoken English and Swedish

• Experience in tracking and analytics

• Proven track record of meeting business goals, both as an individual and as a team

• Experience from start-ups 

Preferred qualifications and experience

• Start-up experience 

• Knowledge of sales of technical services (e.g integrations)

• Know-how about the restaurant and food industry 

• Written and spoken French or German 

• Experience from internationalizing to new markets

• Experience collaborating with sales team about lead generation and online conversion tracking
