As a Product Designer at Ignite, you will:

• Develop and maintain the design system (page design, user flow and web components)

• Work with developers and product managers to create an end-to-end user experience and design new digital products 

• Conduct UX reviews and user testing

To be successful, we believe you have

• Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

• Experience with planning and leading user interviews and prototype testing sessions

• Solid portfolio of work that showcases strong interaction and visual design skills and includes projects across mobile, web, and/or desktop platforms

• Ability to articulate and explain your design choices, be open to other people’s feedback, and be willing to iterate

• Motion design and UI coding skills are a plus

• Familiarity with "quantitative testing methods" such as fake door testing is a plus
