You will get the global responsibility for what we call employee success at 24Slides (HR in some companies). The objective is to improve the quality of culture, employee engagement, and personal growth of the employees throughout the company in close collaboration with our Local Employee Success Departments (Peru, Ukraine, and Indonesia). In contrast to sales, marketing, operations, and finance, we currently don't have anyone who is responsible for this globally and it's therefore very locally driven. So this role is really about building a solid foundation and implementing exciting and ambitious initiatives where you'll observe opportunities. These are the areas that, initially, would be under the umbrella of Employee Success and therefore also your responsibility to build a department around:
We definitely do not prioritize our resources equally between these areas. But we need someone to help us realize the potential in the areas where the best opportunities lie. You will design, develop and help implement initiatives with the local teams.
In terms of management, then you will become the direct manager for our 3 local employee success officers in Peru, Indonesia, and Ukraine.
IMPORTANT: As you will be tasked with basically building out our Employee Success department from the ground up, you will need to be happy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to start with. While we are committed to growing the department and adding resources, in the initial stages we need someone who can get the groundwork done and figure out the best processes before training others to take over those tasks. So if you're used to having a big team with lots of resources you can direct, and that's how you prefer to work, this role may not be for you.

You’ll be working in our Copenhagen office, located in Nordhavn as part of a tightly-knit team of 10. We’ve recently moved into our new office which we have renovated into an awesome space where we can work and chill. You’re fluent in English. We’re an international company and we operate in English.
You have worked across different HR disciplines/projects for +5 years.
Great cultural awareness and understanding.
You have proven leadership qualities and have experienced leading and managing others.
Fluent in oral and written English and a strong communicator.
Experience in building and maintaining great company culture.
