We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the Rackbeat Copenhagen HQ. We have brought together business-, quant- and IT professionals into a collaborative developing organization, that is anchored directly with current market demands. Responsibilities & Skills

• Be a customer-centric entrepreneur, representing, managing, and prioritizing business interests, reflected in product development ownership 

• Translate business priorities to a well-groomed and specifically prioritized backlog - you will manage the intersection of business and development

• Use your skills as a catalyst leader, creating a collaborative environment for the fully empowered team members to excel and deliver efficiently

• Assist in removing impediments, ensure timely business clarifications. Be ready to take on personal ownership and accountability for the delivery of the agreed-upon and, expected business outcome

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and ensure alignment between long-term strategic and specific short-term priorities

Requirements

• Capability to gain In-depth domain knowledge 

• Low latency systems and system architecture knowledge

• Previous experience working as a product owner or project manager

• Visionary leader with a strong desire to deliver on the mission and goals of Rackbeat, in addition to meeting and anticipating markets requirements

• Curiosity, humbleness, and honesty are amongst your key values

• You value feedback, received as well as given as a great way for gaining self-insight and, for you and the team- members to continuously grow and learn 

• Excellent communication skills
