We have gathered some of the world’s greatest developers, chefs, and nutritionists to launch a new dining experience that combines innovation in technology with the latest discoveries in nutrition.

As we are scaling internationally, we need to add more talented people to the team to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth. We are now looking for a Student Assistant to join our Procurement Department.

What you’ll do

The position will be based in Copenhagen on Refshaleøen and you will become a part of a dynamic organization with a strong mission. You will gain valuable experience within a broad field of Procurement. As a student worker your main tasks will be to support the team by:

  • Planning purchases to make sure we get everything we need at the right time

  • Food cost reporting to keep track, in order to not spend more than we can afford

  • Quality Assurance of purchase registrations, securing that we’re only paying for what we’ve received

  • Close contact to our suppliers/producers/growers to guarantee all of the above

  • Day to day admin tasks

Who you are?

We believe the person who will do well in this role will be someone who:

  • Is currently studying for a relevant bachelor’s degree eg. in Economics, Business Administration or Global Nutrition and Health. The most important thing is that you have an interest in Procurement

  • Can work your way around a spreadsheet

  • Is a teamplayer and has strong collaboration skills

  • Works fast and finds solutions

  • Thrives in a rapidly changing and international environment

  • Works independently and in a structured manner

  • Speaks and writes Danish and English fluently

  • Relevant experience is preferred, but not a requirement

  • Shares our enthusiasm for delicious plant-based meals as well as our mission: Creating the future of food

 Working hours per week: 15 hours on average.

We are flexible around exams and hope that you’ll also show us flexibility at periods of peak workload.

Our story Simple Feast was founded in Copenhagen (in 2014) with the vision of getting more Danes to make more meals at home. We wanted to go back to the primordial tradition of sharing food with family and friends. We started by creating an app with hundreds of recipes from some of the world’s finest chefs. However, we soon recognized how many people today have limited time for cooking and the need for everyday meals that are quick and easy to prepare. So in March 2017, we decided to cook the food for you on the days you didn’t have time to do it yourself. We knew that the simple action of embracing a plant-based diet held the potential to be our generation’s greatest contribution to ourselves and our planet. Each week, our culinary team (composed of former Michelin chefs) designs an array of delicious, crowd pleasing meals that just so happen to be made of plants.
