Profile:
This role is a hands-on laboratory work within the field of Molecular biology/Next Generation Sequencing, with focus on human gut microbiome, including samples preparation, DNA extraction, protocol optimization, and QC, besides to effective communication, project delivery and troubleshooting. With your significant expertise within the molecular biology field, you will actively be involved in the planning and execution of scientific projects centered around human gut health.

Responsibilities
· Microbial DNA extraction from human samples
· Data management
Qualifications
· MSc in Molecular Biology or Microbiology or cell biology or related field
· You have hands-on experience with a broad range of molecular biology methodologies (e.g. extraction and purification of nucleic acids from different sample sources, PCR, electrophoresis of DNA and RNA molecules).
· Hands on experience with design and execution of high-throughput experiments.
· Prior experience with NGS technologies is considered as an advantage.
· Hands-on experience in Microbiology is an asset
· Ability to work independently to design, execute, and interpret experiments and to collaborate with multicultural project teams.
· Excellent in English skills – both oral and written /In house English, Danish & German
