Description

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales team in UK, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, DACH, CEE & US.

Your role will be to empower our sales teams across regions, enabling them to perform their best. You should see the sales team as your Customers, and do everything you can to make them succesful in their daily jobs - from smaller daily things to general strategy around sales cycles, customer questions, sales FAQ, processes and systems. You will use your strong communication skills and drive to cultivate best practices across the entire Sales team. Responsibilities

  • Play an important part of our digital transformation journey with the Sales Enablement tools for our Sales and Marketing teams worldwide

  • Be part of establishing a leading digital sales toolkit that empowers our Sales Teams globally to perform their best

  • Ensure a seamless user- and a great customer experience

  • Lead roll-outs and ensure user adoption in Sales and Marketing teams worldwide

  • Maintain and enhance the Sales Enablement tools and processes, as well as establish standards together with global marketing functions, markets around the world, IT, and suppliers

  • Design/improve the new hire, onboarding and ongoing training of the sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years years of relevant experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas

  • Experienced with customer-facing/-related tools, especially Sales Enablement and CRM tools (Salesforce)

  • Capability to manage multiple stakeholders such as our local Sales and Marketing teams, business teams, external vendors, and internal IT to achieve project objectives within agreed timeline, budget, and resources

  • Working closely with commercial and sales teams to understand B2B sales processes and the world of a sales representative

  • Excellent understanding of sales analytics and reports

  • Experience with business transformation projects

  • Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency

  • Ability to identify business improvement opportunities

  • Excellent written and spoken English, any other language skills is a plus
